I'm Micah Palmer, and I am stuck in Pennsylvania.
I don't mind so much; I'm having a really good time with my grandparents. I mean, they have a hot tub for crying out loud. And my Aunt Christy has her dog here. I love him very much, so much so that I now call my dad "puppy". He thought it was funny...the first 5 times. Now I think dad would mostly just like to be called "daddy" again.
I'm going home tomorrow. I can't wait to see all my family at 64 King. They'll probably go a little overboard on the hugging and kissing. I think I may just walk in the door, give them a quick "blue steel", and head straight for the toys like I was never gone. Or I'll just immediately ask for a video and my sippy cup, and give them disapproving looks when they walk into my line of vision. But secretly, I'll be glad to be home. |
